Our Benefactors
As you can imagine, trying to run an amateur boxing club isn't cheap. We've learned to pick our fights, where to cut corners and where it pay's to spend... BUT!... with that being said, there is no way this club would be as successful as it is without our community businesses and members support. Please take the time to thank these businesses and people for everything that they have done, are doing, and will continue to do.
If you would like to contribute to the club, whether it be volunteering time, equipment or monetary donations, or you just want to see a good clean fight for a good group of kids, please visit our Contact Us page or talk to Connie Falcon.
Once again, THANK YOU!! We wouldn't be who we are without you!
SUPPORT US
Southern Skill Boxing Club is a privately owned and operated, non-profit youth organization. We are sustained by the efforts of our volunteer coaches and staff who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our club is a positive influence in the lives of our boxers. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for people of all ages, male and female to enjoy the sport of amateur boxing.
We are funded by the efforts and hard work of both our coaches and staff as well as team participation in fundraisers such as jambalaya dinners and bar-b-ques. We host amateur boxing shows, drawing amateur boxing clubs from all parts of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, and Florida.
A portion of our funding comes from the generosity of local business owners through the purchase of advertisements at our local amateur boxing show called Throw Down In Sorrento.
